It's hard to tell if there are differentiating colors on the legs but if there
Are rings on the legs that are darker or lighter than the other parts of the legs them it's not a hobo, as they have completely solid color of leg.

To be completely sure you have to look at it up close, as some spiders are very very similar in color and shape. And looking up "hobo spider" pictures alone on google and seeing if the spideR looks like them, it doesn't prove it's hobo, because anyone can post any spider and claim it's hobo and then you look up hobos that aren't hobos.

I prefer going to actually arachnology websites that will have official guides to identifying it.
