You are correct about the way he ran the D. Until Anae came back, the O was never run that way. I think Anae changed while he was away (although I have never really followed him as closely as I have Bronco and am open to being wrong). But there is zero doubt that Bronco really did spend a lot of time talking about business leadership principles in his early career as HC.
