The impact of autonomy is in the hands of the committee

The better non-P5's need the committee to come out and say that they consider non-conference wins over the better non-P5's just as impressive as wins over a good P5 programs. If the committee looks at programs in a vacuum and not based on association, and emphasizes that viewpoint, it could change the narrative and improve CFB for the better.
