They would rank them if it were worth it
They find the best guys and put them where they belong; it would completely undermine their services to ignore any area of the country. The guys you cited were guys they were wrong on, but that happens all across the country.
You have definitely had some really good players the past 7 years, and it looks like you have a few genuine prospects on your team as well. But two studs on each side of the ball don't do a whole lot when you have serious issues at most other positions, particularly in the trenches.
