Wrong. Turns out the services are there to make a profit.
And not to provide coverage.
If a CT player gets an offer from FL, he will get rated. But if they get an offer, from UCONN they get the auto- two star rating.
The NFL, on the other hand, does care to be totally accurate.
From their perspective, a two star player from New England has a 11 time better chance to be drafted than a 2 star from FL or TX.
