Whenever I've dealt with Apple at their SLC store, they've either resolved my problem or given me a new device. And when I need to, I just pick up what I need, scan it through my iPhone and walk out with a receipt in my email box.

You can buy stuff with the Apple Store app and walk out. You don't have to talk
