I actually got good service at the store when it was in the Gateway shopping center. Walked in with a 2-year old 15" macbook pro that kept freezing, walked out with a brand new, current year 15" mac book pro. It was awesome.

You can buy stuff with the Apple Store app and walk out. You don't have to talk
