you'll note that I wrote that some of these schools, while not good football programs right now, have very good potential. IMO, if you gave CSU, UNLV, and SDSU the status and resources as a P5 program, they'd explode. WV and Baylor on the other hand are capped out as mediocre members. They have no potential. They bring nothing to the TV negotiations.
