Without a major change to the makeup of the conference, the TV deals cannot be renegotiated. WV is simply not a good fit for the Big12. The travel for them and for the other members is not good. Teams out west would at least have travel partners SDSU/UNLV and BYU/CSU. The larger markets also open up better recruiting areas. I'm thinking more of potential than what is current. WV, Iowa St, and Baylor all have small fan bases and are basically capped in their potential IMO.

This is just my opinion and like I've stated, it won't happen. It's too big of a change. I just think it would work if they had the guts to do it. I've always thought UNLV and SDSU are the 2 biggest underachievers in all of cfb. I'd like to see what they could do with the status and revenue a P5 conference would give them.
