For people moving OUT, I would add - please ask for volunteers and remind them
about the move via text/email/phone. They can stand up and ask for volunteers, and remind people as easily as the EQP. This also makes it clear that the church is not organizing the move, THEY are.
When I was EQP and people asked me to gather volunteers for a move in a couple days, I'd ask them if they have a ward directory. That would be followed by an uncomfortable silence. : )
Keys for me: I will not move heavy stuff anymore, and I will not stay more than 90 minutes, unless there are really special circumstances (elderly & poor, for example)
