I read that account years ago. I know it was on dumbyewtfans. It's been totally discredited. Whoever wrote it was either lying, not actually at the game or just plain made it up for the fun of it. It's materially incorrect and false.

Here is an account by a major yewt fan who actually was at the game and is using her own name, not making it up and not lying about it. Does not mention the Max Hall family incident but gives a good feel for what was going on at the game.

I was also at that game along with several others I know, both yewt and BYU fans. We all witnessed the same stuff that Amanda is talking about. We saw fights, we saw people in the stands, some drunk, some drinking. We saw yewt fans cursing and screaming at BYU fans. We heard the nasty foul stuff they were saying. We saw the signs. It did happen.

I didn't see Max Hall's family so can't personally verify any of that. But I have personally heard people who did witness the incidents tell about it. I know it did happen. And not the way utahdave or whoever the fool is that you are talking about said.

Well, this is all old stuff and no one really cares about it anymore. It's all been hashed out here on CB many times. Obviously, there are still yewt fans in total denial and ignorance. Nothing we can do about that. Believe what you want, I could care less.
