it is just a matter of time until you experience one. Cell phones are a consumption industry and built with obsolescence in mind. I have left ATT&T and Sprint in the past for reasons very similar to yours. Those would be my only two suggestions. I stick with Verizon based on their national coverage that I need when I travel. Good luck.
