put up with them after all you and your family have been through with them. they don't deserve your business. and, they probably don't care. customers are a dime a dozen to them. i've almost left them several times. should've but haven't yet. only reason is what the oer CB'er said....grass may not be greener on the other side. but i also haven't had to deal with what you have yet.
