Hate to be the nerd here but there is a difference between sickle cell trait and

sickle cell disease. Athletes with sickle cell trait should have no problem in provo. Get them skydiving and you might have a different story. Sickle cell disease individuals have sat out the game in Provo before. I believe this happened when FSU came to town several years ago. These individuals would likely be affected a great deal. Most do not play college sports for this and other reasons.
