I get your point but I just don't see it.

If I owned season tickets the last thing I would want to do is buy more tickets. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

I think they should open up the offer to everyone if they are trying to fill the seats. I don't think season ticket holders are the only ones you should specifically target. I also don't think they will feel left out if they don't receive the offer.
