And yep, they're praying to the same God. Let's not be too presumtuous; I'm not sure if He cares who wins all that much. Also, if we're gonna pray for no injuries, if safety is our priority, then maybe we should play a different game. It is optional after all, to play this very violent game. It's like praying for safety and then running full speed at the wall.

It makes more sense, in my mind, to pray that if anyone is injured that they might be able to recover fully.
