I REALLY hope this is the overriding theme of practice this week

Motivate the team that it's us against the world. They don't think we belong. They don't think we are good enough. They beat us last year. What are we gonna do about it???

This happened in High School when we were in the playoffs and the other team didn't think we were worthy. They did a thing or two that REALLY got our ire. We came out and beat them 72-22. The game wasn't as close as the score says it was either.
