Not sure why this keeps getting brought up

Todd Watkins was caught a couple times in his day and he was the fastest we've ever had. Sometimes the db just has a better angle. Sometimes the DB is already running full speed when you have to come to a stop to catch the ball. Give the dude another chance to outrun the defense before jumping to conclusions.
