I agree. I work with a bunch of millenials that went to big time academic...

universities, including Ivies, and the amount of travel experience that these kids (I say kids because I'm 10-12 years older than most of my co-workers) have had is mind blowing...and alot of it was done pre-college to "build their resumes" for these big schools.
