To get himself fired. He's played a more difficult schedule than Lavell and won more games against p5 competition. I just think everyone needs to calm down and not overreact. We are in a difficult situation right now. We don't receive p5 money, we have a hard time scheduling, we have the honor code, etc. The guy is averaging more than 9 wins a season with schedules that have generally more difficult than we played in the WAC or the MWC.
Making a change at head coach is the absolute last resort and you only go that route if you are pretty certain you have someone who can do better.
