Faulty logic. No quality organization will not terminate someone because there
is a fear that there is no replacement. Please name one that is managed this way! The fact of the matter is that if Bronco's teams do not meet expectations he will be asked to leave but this process will be slower at BYU unless Bronco has a complete meltdown (see Roger Reid). Since BYU is a church affiliated school and the team is involved in firesides, I will say that followers would need to have some faith that there will be someone that will emerge as a candidate should Bronco decide to move on.
