I agree that firing is a last resort and happens too often. I'm just frustrated with the "shut-up" crowd that is defending him. You can be frustrated and not call for drastic actions.
I don't think he deserves to be fired, but he doesn't deserve a pat on the back for 8-5 records against schedules worthy of a MWC team.
