Lots of teams groom seasons around a certain player and if they get hurt it hurts their standings. Look at Ohio State this year. They were a top 5 team and then Braxton Miller went down. I don't know that they actually would have won with him but it is clear they built that team for him. Marriota last year had some injury issues and it killed the ducks. If Andrew Luck would have gone down for stanford they would have been in serious trouble. This happens often and happens to really solid teams. Hill is a special player and this offense lived off his playmaking ability. I think they would have won the last two games with Williams in there also but he went down and that takes your top 2 offensive weapons away. The defense is a little bit of a train wreck but they are injury plagued too and the leadership of the team has taken a major hit. I say stick with it and be patient. I don't know for how long we will need to be patient but I hope it is not much longer.

I will also say that BYU needs to go get DC's and OC's from outside of BYU and not promote from within. Spend the money and get some talent at those positions. I dislike Anae but he did bring in a pretty successful offense both times he has come in.
