Ok. Maybe my comment that we shouldn't build around one player was too
much. Of course there will be one or two stars on every team. I think Christian Stewart has come in and done a phenomenal job, given the circumstances. Wish this wasn't his senior year.

It has seemed to me though, in watching the games with Hill in, that the idea was not to worry. Hill will win this for us. He was actually the whole team it seemed. That was maybe why my comment that we shouldn't build around one player was made. However, Stewart did step up I believe and utilize those people that can be great, like Lasike, Nate Carter and others and not carry the game himself. He's a good quarterback and am glad he is getting this chance. Wish the defense would step up and protect the game for him and BYU.

I would have liked to see more Williams, more Lasike. Lasike can carry a game if needed, it seems. Nate Carter, a new running back was great in the Nevada game. There are players that can be groomed to step up and take more of a load than just putting it on one player. I feel that type of a team will win games and if someone is injured, others can step up.

Don't know what to do about the defense. Someone has to step up. The whole eleven defensive players have to "execute at a higher level." How are they taught to do that?
