You do when you are considered an elite DC - there are going to be open

DC positions at Florida, Michigan, and UCLA after this year... each of them would pay BM in excess of 1M to sign on as there DC, and that is just the low hanging fruit, who knows what the next 3 months brings. A new HC who could land Bronco as his DC would be considered a rock star.
