A couple more problems with this approach.

Anae does have full control over the offensive staff. The offense right now isn't anywhere close to our biggest problem. Sure, they could do better, but I don't lose sleep over their performance right now.

Also, what makes you think Holmoe would do any better? Was he supper successful at this while a HC himself?
