IMO, Giac and Boylen didn't really recruit the in-state talent that hard. They looked out-of-state more often. Krisko has made a bigger push for the in-state talent and has gotten Loveridge and Chapman to sign which has sparked their turnaround. I don't disagree that BYU got most of the best in-state talent just that Rose was the ultimate cause of it.
