That new conference would be shut out from receiving any CFP revenue

for the length of the contract. It would also not get a change at the G5 guaranteed slot. The participation and revenue distribution is defined by contract. None of the 10 FBS conferences would renegotiate especially since a new conference would gut one or two of them.
