At least accomplish what Hawaii did in 2007... if he can't even do that, he isn't worth it. And yes, I get it... Hawaii had an easy schedule blah blah blah... I don't want to hear it. Just get to a major bowl once... even if he doesn't win it, I'll still be happy. And along the way, develop some players that actually make it on to the NFL... Oh and beat our rival... all the time. 1 or 2 losses is ok, won't be happy about it, but I'll take 1 or 2 losses over our rival over his current record any day any time.

I don't expect a national championship... not at all in fact.
I don't expect any of our players to be very early first round draft picks
I don't expect him to go to the BCS or NY6 bowl every year.

I don't even expect him to be ranked every year...
