In other words, stop putting the cart before the horse...
You want the program to be a missionary tool... you gotta become a program first that people want to enjoy and be apart of... the program is not entertaining to watch at all. 1 player was entertaining, that was it. That's a big time problem.
Stop trying to do less with more... why not use it all? Lavell worked with far less resources, facilities and technology and yet he got the very most out of his players with far less. Today Bronco has so much available at his finger tips and yet he purposely doesn't use it all to it's capacity. Practice time, Bowl prep and other resources available like hiring a quality defensive coordinator that has LDS ties. Instead we hire a very bad High school coach.
