For example, a cursory glance through his tweets would indicate that he struggles to know the difference between 'there', 'their' and 'they're' favoring 'they're' in most cases, where the informality and brevity in writing that is generally favored on Twitter would likely at least lean towards the use of 'there'. Ironically, 'there' would also typically be the appropriate word to use in his various mistakes.

There are (or as Brother Stevenson would put it, "They're are...") many other examples you would find throughout his various public communique that would indicate his command of the written English language is less than stellar. His vulgar gestures in photos while at the Utah football training facility may also indicate that various religious classes he attended at BYU didn't quite take either.

But I agree with you, as a Ute, that it is important to make sure to not have grammatical, spelling or other typographical errors on a resume or application; but I would also argue that the observed faults of your former Utah football player job applicant's education can be equally applied to many other BYU football player's educations as well.
