I didn't read it that way.
I don't think he's saying Utah isn't P5 worthy. I just think it's clear (based on at least that revenues) that BYU is. Unfortunately, there are teams in the P5 that don't belong (Utah isn't one of them), and is at least one team outside of the P5 that does belong (BYU).
