Serious question. Won't the newer revenues just help offset the borrowing?
The OP mentioned $17 Million borrowed from the state. That's more than you'll be getting from the remaining portion of your Pac12 cut. It wouldn't be surprising if expenses stayed about where they are, and even then you might still be running in the red. I sure wouldn't expect spending to jump up due to the full cut of Pac12 revenue when you've had to borrow heavily to pay for current level of spending.
