Whether he was playing it up or not, Haws shouldn't have had to play it up
The defender was clearly holding Haws in an attempt to prevent him from getting the ball. Not only is the defender not allowed to have his hands on Haws, the defender has a full arm bar lock down on Haws. It is an obvious foul that there is no excuse for the official to not call.

Tyler going to the ground is irrelevant. As soon Tyler went to make a cut towards the ball and the defender locked him up with an arm bar, that should have been an automatic whistle.

It also should not matter that it was the final seconds of OT. But for that official, unfortunately that factored into his decision as well.
