He's had ten years to learn to be a HC. More than a fair opportunity
Time to let someone else learn that slowly. I am tired of poor team evaluations. Even this year he vastly misevaluated the depth on this team. A HC needs to know his personnel if nothing else. Probably why players don't develop, they aren't put in a position to succeed by being asked to do the things they can excel at
