Bronco's style creates chemistry and unity that Howell can't replicate

howell is probably just as good at fundamental, Xs and Os, etc. but he is not as good of a leader. Bronco had the ability to pull all the diffrent personalities together. howell doesn't have that. It seems he is more of a blunt instrument that rubbs many the wrong way.
