not every GA makes a good position coach, not every good position coach makes a good coordinator and not every coordinator makes a good HC.
He coached LB's in 2010 and if you recall our defense was so bad Bronco fired his DC mid-season (pretty extreme). He switched to DB's in 2011. DB play has been good at times and not good at times.
