start going out of state more and more and will have little interest in any in state team. More will be non lds too I'm sure. Your Andre James, Mones, Batemans, etc will all go elsewhere.
Doesn't matter if they're from Utah, when these guys start picking up tons of big offers, more will bolt. Who can blame them?
I don't care as much as long as they're making up for it somewhere else. Which i think they can do by keeping a strong recruiting presence in California and continuing to build in Texas. Not to mention searching out more non lds.
