surprise that the game could come down to the PAT. That team should have been ready well before the TD. The Special Teams Coordinator should have known that if Memphis scored, there was going to be either a kick, a two-point attempt, or a faked kick. I cannot see why a team that practices all-season and can see the game coming down to this scenario, would have such organizational issues that it would require two extremely valuable timeouts to straighten out what it was going to do.

Either the team was unprepared or Bronco made one of the stupidest coaching decisions I have ever seen in sacrificing the timeouts for icing a rock solid kicker on a PAT. Neither one reflects well on him as a head coach.
