You're still missing the point
The point is ... and try to understand it this time please ...
IF the owner of JDawgs raises his prices above the value of the services he's providing, he'll lose business to the point that he won't be able to afford to keep his restaurants open. People are not stupid. They won't just hand him their money and get little in return. They'll go to other restaurants. Restaurants go out of business all of the time.
