I just ran my first marathon in October. I regressed at the end big time.
At 5k I was running a 9:43 average, at 10K I was down to 9:23 average, at 13.1 (after Veyo Hill in St. George) I was at 10:04. At 30K I was at 10:23 average, at the finish line I was at 11:21 average.

I hit a major block at mile 16. Started cramping then. By the time I finished I couldn't hardly run. I hadn't cramped during the training sessions so I was really disappointed. I was wanting to finish before 5 hours but was realistically hoping for 4:15-4:30. I ended up finishing at 4:57 something.

Needless to say, I'm signing up again and plan on improving my time. Oct 3 can't come soon enough.
