Martzen is doing a great job recruiting the kids on the radar.

The coaches at BYU with intimate knowledge of BYU Football and it's legacy and players, etc. are doing a very poor job of making sure Martzen is aware and involved in those scenarios.

In other words, Martzen is a great salesperson once he has a person "on the line" but his pre-sales department is pitiful qualifying and making sure they get him the leads.
