Martzen can not visit off campus, so I think it is obvious.
They use him to handle the day to day mailings and twitter stuff. Perhaps send emails. WHatver the NCAA allows with respect to contact from campus.
He can not leave campus to recruit though. Only coaches can do that. So whether a home visit, or dropping by a school and talking to a coach and accidentally running into a kid, that is all coaches.
