Martzen can and will and does need assistance identifying kids, especially
legacy players and families and their histories, etc.
For an Empey, Martzen is going to need those in the KNOW within the BYU CFB program to fill in the details of who an EMPEY is, what the history is there and how to "sell" BYU.
BYU has a long history that should naturally be filling Martzen's pipeline but somehow legacy kids aren't on the radar by default which isn't a Martzen problem as he is 1 year into the program but a problem with the surrounding coaching who have been at BYU much longer than Martzen and should know the histories.
