It seems that many of the position coaches are doing a great job. They are out and about, active on twitter with their recruiting. I think some kids feel slighted if they do not get the attention they want from Bronco. The assistant can nail it, but if Bronco is not as engaged with them as they want, they feel slighted. The want the head coach to want them as well.

Whether fair or not, that seems to be the perception of what is going on. Kids want Bronco to show them the love also.
