Martzen isn't a recruiter nor does he extend the offers... he's not the GM.
Martzen identifies talent, coaches do the offering and recruiting.
He gets the credit for finding kids out of Texas and transfers because that's his job and he's good at it. He's not in charge of offering kids that have been coming to camps since the womb... that's on the staff.
