3. fyi...what you're describing is not a bail out. http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/bail+out. a bail out would have been if utah had no options, and the p12 came in and rescued them from their situation. you know, how we are all hoping that the big 12 bails out byu from the depths of crappy independence?
