Two quick points and then you're talking to yourself from this point on ...
1. The post you linked does not specify any teams. It's your assumption that I was referring to BYU and utah specifically. Also, the words 'lifting a program', does not imply that a program is inferior (your word) by any means. It only implies that a program can reach greater heights and that be said about any program. Btw ... utah is not even close to being an 'established program'.
2. utah did not have any other options and yes the p12 'rescued them' ... so yes the term fits.
