Honest question as we are wondering.

Also why would you be ok with anyone going and saying that. If they have those feelings there should be at least a good enough relationship that they can address that with someone within the program or university. We have had 2 that I know come out and say that, to me that is 2, 2 many.

I am in sales and I understand that you can't make everyone happy but to have someone out just ripping on you, i would be on the phone that same day trying to figure out what was wrong. Or more likely I would have had a good relationship with the person that he wouldn't do that. I has tons of customers leave my program for another one, but everyone never bad mouthed me or my program. They all said if I was to leave and go to a different program they would buy from me.

That is the type of person we need in charge of the program, not someone that says if you don't like what I do too bad to alumni, fans, media, etc...
