through invites to games, seminars, on campus activities, etc... When seeking out grad school, BYU was the least at "selling" the program and courting applicants... pretty much said apply... other schools flew me out to recruiting weekends, had localized alumni recruiting, etc...
Sure, BYU has the luxury of having demand despite their efforts, but sometimes I think they wrongfully think it is because they are this top tier academic university much like Harvard or Stanford and that its not bc of the religious affiliation... After undergrad, the school didn't really have that many relationships with companies (other than accounting), especially if you were looking to work outside of Utah.
